Christians await the gathering together of the body of Christ. Following our gathering together, there are other events that will transpire. The significance of our departing with Christ, the proof that it has not happened yet, and what will transpire afterwards are clearly taught and unfolded. Many truths are brought forward here that explain the events following our gathering together, giving great comfort concerning the return of Jesus Christ, the ‘falling away,’ our departure, and the subject of the Apostacy in II Thessalonians chapter 2.
