In Acts 1:4 Jesus Christ was addressing the apostles and others with them about what they would soon be receiving. He also told them the location, Jerusalem, where this power from on high would be received. This power they would be receiving was dunamis power from God. With that received dunamis power they would then be witnesses, to the world, of the Lord Jesus Christ.
