At salvation, we received the gift of holy spirit, Christ in us, the hope of glory. From then on this Christ in us is in the process of being formed. As part of the being obedient to Christ process, there is a forming and a growing of what God created in us, that is Christ. The old falls away, the new arises, staggering doubts are dissolved and a fully persuaded Christ filled believer takes form and shape.
